You are paying a Monthly Fee, and for that Fee, you will receive intellectual property in the form of access to the Target Trading Academy “Campus Library.” Your access includes two daily (a new one is posted every Monday-Friday) newsletters Daily HVA’s, and Notes From The Pit, as well as the video library for Randall’s Ramp Up.  The first time you sign up, you are able to schedule a 1 hour, 1-on-1 class, wherein you will be walked through the program and taught how to take a trade (the Resistance Reversal) using the Daily HVA’s.

The subscription is billed the same day every month, and each time you pay, you purchase the month coming up. You may cancel at any time, and you will not be charged again. If you do not pay for the coming month or your charge does not go through, your access will be turned off, but you can turn it off at any point.

The information you have access to is intellectual property, is covered by copyright, and therefore cannot be copied, shared, or transmitted to anyone but you. Failure to abide by this shall be a considered a material violation of these terms and will justify legal relief with jurisdiction in and pursuant to the laws of Broward County, State of Florida, USA.

Due to the access to intellectual property, there are no refunds for payments made.
